Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email a photo to hello@toyotahs.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

Changed your mind

Stickers, patches, and hats are made-to-order, so we don't accept returns for buyer's-remorse. If something went wrong on our end, though, we'll always make it right.

Mail Club Subscription

You can cancel any time before the next monthly ship date and you won't be charged again. Already-shipped issues are non-refundable.

Lost in the mail

If your tracking says delivered but you didn't receive it, see the Shipping page — that's usually a carrier issue, and we'll help you work through it.
