Where we ship from

Every order ships from our studio in the USA.

When it ships

Stickers, patches, and hats: we ship within 2–3 business days of your order.

Mail Club Subscription: issues go out the first week of every month. If you join mid-month, your first issue ships with the next cycle.

How long it takes

• USA: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
• Canada: 1–3 weeks
• Rest of world: 1–4 weeks (customs can add time)

International orders

We've shipped to 100+ countries. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an address once the order is placed. If a package is delivered to the address you provided and it's not your current residence, we can't refund or replace the order. If the package is returned to us, we'll refund the product cost (shipping is non-refundable).

Marked delivered but you didn't get it?

USPS occasionally marks packages delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait 2–3 days — it usually shows up. If it doesn't, file a claim with your local post office and email us at hello@toyotahs.com so we can help.
